Kante N'golo once again expected to be available but with Jorginho was suspended for the weekend match against Crystal Palace, Lampard can choose to keep the French on the bench and well rested.
Marcos Alonso is likely to replace Emerson, with Italy still to regain full fitness, but Lampard will surely look to name the strongest side he can in what is a vital group stage clash.

double Quincy Promes' against Zwolle on Friday will probably see him start again to Erik ten Hag, who could name an unchanged side for the trip to Stamford Bridge without a significant injury concerns.

I still feel there are a few hiccups along the way. You can not bully Ajax with the ball, but you can do without it. Chelsea will want to gain a technical edge over Ajax so we had a great game in prospect here. You can still see weaknesses in both teams, but it will be another fantastic result for Frank Lampard.
