This particular equipment is only ever contested four times for a fairly recent rise to the top of this SPAL, but Milan hold the upper hand after the company won every meeting between the sides.
The last time the two teams met in the final game of 2018-19 season when the Rossoneri - need a win to try and get into the top four - ran out 3-2 winners in a dramatic encounter.
Gennaro Gattuso drove side a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Hakan Çalhanoğlu and Franck Kessie, but the home side hit back to level through Vicares and price. Kessie penalty with 66 minutes passed eventual winner, but Milan missed out on the top four with one point.

Despite their dreadful start to the season AC Milan should be favorites for this one.
SPAL is a team they should beat if they have genuine ambitions to save a place in Europe come the end of the season.
